Wow, wow, wow! This place was absolutely outstanding. The chalet had been beautifully renovated to a truly exceptional standard. It was equipped with all the modern conveniences that made our stay so much more comfortable. The location was fantastic, with the main shops just a 5-minute drive away. The chalet was impeccably clean and the hosts were fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even left a generous supply of tea, coffee, bread, butter, and milk in the fridge for us. We were blown away by their attention to detail and will definitely be returning!
While the chalet itself was perfect, some of the surrounding chalets in the area were a bit dated and not the most visually appealing. However, this didn't have any negative impact on our stay.

The chalet was well-equipped and organized with everything you could possibly need, from cleaning supplies to kitchen essentials. The decor was lovely and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The shower was amazing and the views of the rapid river were stunning. The owners had gone above and beyond to make the chalet feel like a cozy and homely place to stay. We also appreciated the extra touches like Christmas decorations and a welcome pack with tea, coffee, bread, and toiletries.
The only downside for me personally was that the mattress was too soft, but this is just a matter of preference as I prefer a firmer mattress. it was a fantastic stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas at this chalet.
